CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments may be rescheduled on the day of your original booking, as long as it’s within the same week. If you are rescheduling, you must communicate with me and the new appointment must be made from within the same day. If you are not rescheduling within the same week, you will be charged 50% of the service as it would be considered a cancellation and not a reschedule. Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time. There is a 5 minute grace period and anything after that will be a $10 late fee. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged as a no show. Each appointment is only allotted for a short time. And in order to be efficient and respectful to my next client, I will be very strict with enforcing this policy. “Bestie Wax” vs “It’s Been A Minute” In order to qualify for “Bestie Wax” you must book your appointment 4-5 weeks from your last visit. Anything past 5 weeks will no longer qualify and you must book “It’s Been A Minute”. All NEW clients must pay the non-refundable deposit required. If the deposit is not paid, the appointment will be cancelled.
